Can I pay by Interac e-Transfer (EFT)?

Yes, all you have to do is transfer by email and notify us of the password to use, all at the following address : info@marcheturenne.com

Can I pay with Visa Debit?
Yes, we now accept Visa Debit cards. This is the same procedure as for credit cards, you only have to provide us with the numbers written on the card, the expiration date and the 3-digit security code on the back of the card.
Do you offer Nutrition North Canada program discounts?
Yes, we are now registered as a south supplier with the Nutrition North Canada program. Are you open on weekends?

No, we are open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Outside these hours, you can send us your order or questions, we will get back to you as soon as the next business day. You can do this by email at info@marcheturenne.com, via our website at www.marcheturenne.com, on our Facebook page, on our voice mail at 1 888 852-9357 or even by fax at 1 855 663-7666.

What are your promotions at the moment?
Our current promotions are available on our website and are also published on our Facebook page. Subscribe to our newsletters to receive our promotions automatically every month.
How can I place an order?

You can place your order by email at info@marcheturenne.com, via our website at www.marcheturenne.com, on our facebook page www.facebook.com/marcheturenne, by phone 1 888 852-9357 or even by fax 1 855 663-7666. If it is a grocery order please send it to us in writing.

How can I make a complaint? Who is responsible?
In case of loss of your cargo or damaged goods, you can make a claim directly with the carrier of your village (Air Inuit or Canadian North).
What are the forms of payment accepted?
You can pay by credit card, Visa Debit card or Interac e-Transfer (EFT) to our email address : info@marcheturenne.com
What are the delivery times?

By plane :

Our orders are sent from Monday to Friday to Montreal Airport on the same day that the order is placed. Then, you need to allow 24 to 48 hours to receive your order when weather conditions are favorable.

By boat :

You must order approximately three weeks before the departure of the boats. It is recommended to reserve your space as soon as possible so that your order is guaranteed to leave.

What is the cut-off time for an order to be shipped the same day?

You must complete your order (including full payment) before 4:30 p.m. for a standard order. For a particular order, it will be sent the next day.

Can I request a special delivery in an area that is not covered

Yes, but each of the requests will be analyzed according to the feasibility (transport cost, deadlines, etc.)

What happens if my order is late?

If the airlines delays are caused by bad weather or overloaded deliveries, you can call us to have a status of your order or call the airline directly.

Is it possible to cancel an order?

Yes, as long as the order has not left the warehouse (only a few hours delay since we send the order the same day) it is possible to cancel it.

Can I modify an order after I have placed it?

A customer service representative follows up each order by phone before sending it. You can modify it if necessary.

Can I order a product that is not on your list?

Absolutely! A customer service representative always tracks each order by phone before sending it. He or she can help you find the product you are looking for.

How long does it take for orders to arrive?

By plane :

For delivery by boat, there is a delay of one month.

Do I need a customer account to place an order?

No, we want to keep it as simple as possible for you. However, we recommend that you create an online profile in order to consult your order history and easily reorder items.
